Auditing Careers In Kenya

A medium sized general insurance company located in Nairobi are looking for suitable candidates to fill 2 positions of;

INTERNAL AUDITOR
The Internal Auditors will report to the Chief Internal Auditor.They are looking for dynamic candidates between the ages of 27 and 35 years with good Bachelor Degrees and at least four years experience in a busy audit office. 

Essential Qualifications
1. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management/Commerce
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
3. Completion or progression towards Certified Information Systems Auditing (CISA) qualifications
4. Progression towards or possession of a Post Graduate Degree 

Work Experience
1. Minimum of 4 years experience 2Two of which must be at middle level management
2. Relevant experience in financial, operational and systems audit
3. Experience in risk management, controls and business process improvement
4. Experience in conducting business advisory assignments 

Personality Traits and Attributes
1. Good Management, communication and interpersonal skills
2. Good IT and spreadsheet skills
3. High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail
4. Good attention to details
