Aga Khan Hospital Kisumu Internal Auditor Job In Kenya

The Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu is an institution of the Aga Khan Health Service, Kenya which is an agency of the Aga Khan Development Network.

The hospital is part of a network of health facilities in East Africa which include: clinics, Aga Khan Hospital Mombasa, Aga Khan Hospital Dar es salaam and Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi.

It provides medical care to the population of western Kenya region and works with leading clinicians in the country in the management of complex cases.

The Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu has attained acknowledgment of its quality by achieving ISO 9001:2008 accreditation and is moving towards new standards of clinical quality improvement and patient safety.

The hospital is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

INTERNAL AUDITOR

Overall Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the timely execution of risk based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other Management and Financial projects.

Requirements
1. CPA (K), ACCA and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance Business Management or related field.
2. At least two years auditing experience in a large organization. Experience in Health Care Institution will be an added advantage.
3. Excellent computer skills are essential. Experience in working with to Hospital Management Information system will be a definite advantage.
4. Should posses a good knowledge of administration and procurement processes.
